Dan - great to have you keeping the drumbeat going. There are a lot of distractions with Covid 19 for all of us I am sure at the moment. Our weekly meetings and in particular your drive and focus are keeping the Alliance going through difficult times.

The £750m expansion on to Heslington East at the University of York at the time was one of the largest projects in UK higher education. It is of great testament to the drive and focus of Dan Boddy and his colleagues who coordinated the huge design and construction team, all focussed on the single goal of the delivery of this large and prestigous project on time, within budget and to the highest standard. A particular triumph for all concerned.

The fact that completion was achieved on time despite a number of significant obstacles during the design and implementation stages is a credit to the commitment of Dan Boddy the project lead.
